Giving customers the wrong idea on products or services is BAD!
By this were not talking about calling a 1.1 hatchback a Ferrarri, were talking about statements like “The Best” ,”The Biggest”, “The Fastest” etc . is rubbish and your customers are not so stupid that they dont realise.
Be honest in your description you’re in a world where honesty works and gets more credibility than false ego statements and where social media can so quickly work against you.
